Eligible for Full Refund

You can receive a complete refund under these circumstances:

  • Cancellation made within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing course materials
  • Program cancellation by cosildanhulboexi due to insufficient enrollment
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent access for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Duplicate payment processing errors
  • Medical circumstances with proper documentation submitted within 30 days of enrollment

Partial Refund Scenarios

Some situations qualify for partial refunds based on usage and timing:

  • Withdrawal between 15-30 days with minimal course material access (75% refund)
  • Schedule conflicts preventing participation if notified within first month (50% refund)
  • Transfer to a different program with price adjustment
  • Program downgrade requests within the first 45 days

Non-Refundable Situations

We can't process refunds in these cases:

  • Requests made after 60 days from enrollment date
  • Completion of more than 40% of course materials
  • Violation of program terms or academic integrity policies
  • Change of mind after the 14-day cooling-off period with material access
  • Purchase of supplementary resources or certification exam fees

How to Request Your Refund

Our team reviews your request against the eligibility criteria. This usually takes 3-5 business days. We might contact you if we need additional information or documentation to support your request. Complex cases can take up to 10 business days.

You'll receive an email explaining whether your refund was approved and what amount you'll receive. If we can't approve the full amount, we'll explain why and discuss alternative options like program credits or transfers.

Processing & Payment

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Bank transfers take 3-5 business days. PayPal refunds are typically instant. You'll receive confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Important Things to Know

  • All refund amounts are calculated based on the original payment amount minus any materials already accessed or services rendered
  • If you paid in installments, refunds are processed proportionally to payments already made
  • Program credits remain valid for 12 months and can be used toward any cosildanhulboexi offering
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors aren't refundable in most cases
  • Australian Consumer Law rights aren't affected by this policy
  • Corporate or group enrollments follow separate refund terms outlined in your agreement
